All of our embroidery is done on the premises with state-of-the-art commercial embroidery machines, using only the finest threads and backings. While our pricing structure is competitive, our primary goal is to provide our customers with the best embroidery value available for their money.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED EMBROIDERY DESIGN FILES (Not digitized by FaithWorks)

Generally, FaithWorks does not accept artwork digitized by another embroiderer.  Much of the control we have over the quality of our work lies in the high quality of our digitizing.

However, for $40.00 per file, non-refundable, we will sew out a customer supplied file (on a comparable piece of fabric) in order to evaluate it. Upon inspection of the design quality, FaithWorks may decide that the design is acceptable as-is, or acceptable only with modifications, or we may require that the design be completely re-digitized before we can embroider it (either way, a quote will be provided at no charge).

ESTIMATES

We will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate for your embroidery project.  Estimates are free and carry no obligations! However, the more precise the information you can provide us, the better we will be able to respond promptly with an accurate estimate:

  • If you have a logo or artwork that you would like embroidered, please use our Quote Form to send us the artwork. If you have any questions about custom artwork, please refer to the Custom Logos area on our Embroidery Design page.
  • Similarly, if you don't need to use a custom design, then you might find an appropriate Stock Design on the online design catalogs.
  • For apparel to have embroidered, please refer to our online catalog, or call us!
  • Please Note: Quotes are valid for 30 Days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

IMPORTANT: 100% Payment is due at the time of order. This includes all digitizing, apparel and embroidery costs. We will not process or ship your order until your credit card information, check or money order is received.

We currently have 2 payment options:

  • You may phone or fax us with your order along with your credit card information. At present, we do not have a secure server set up for e-mail transactions, so please do not send your credit card information via e-mail until we are able to use a secure server and you see a notice on your computer that you are entering a secure page.
  • You may phone or fax us with your order and send us a check or money order for payment.
  • No COD's.

 

We accept AMEX, VISA and MasterCard credit cards. 

We also accept personal checks, bank checks and money orders.  If you pay by check or money order, please make your check payable to FaithWorks, LLC

Payment in U.S. funds is required. A $40.00 service fee will be assessed for returned checks.

DIGITIZING COSTS

There is a one time cost for converting your artwork into embroidery that you will be proud to wear.

To get a quote for digitizing your artwork, just fax, use our Quote Form, or mail us your design/logo and we will try to provide you with a quote within 24 hours (M-F)

Once you have accepted the quote, we will send you a sew-out of the design within 7 business days, if requested. We strive for your satisfaction with the embroidery design before it ever get sewn on garment.

A copy of a customers custom embroidery design file will be provided upon request and provided there are no unpaid invoices outstanding. A $50.00 fee will be assessed to cover setup and verification costs.

LETTERING MODIFICATIONS and/or ADDITIONS

Once you have accepted the lettering on your embroidery design (spelling, size, style, placement, etc.), if you need to modify existing lettering or add lettering to your logo/design please call as soon as possible.  If the changes are small, we may be able to make changes at no charge.  However, if additional lettering needs to be added there is generally about a $50.00 change fee.

RETURN POLICY

FaithWorks takes great pride in the fine custom embroidery we provide our customers. Our goal to 100% customer satisfaction and we will gladly work with you if any problems arise due to the quality of the finished product. However, please note the following

  • Goods to be embroidered are custom ordered and custom embroidered based on information provided by the customer.
    • Therefore, there are no refunds or returns on custom embroidered products due to customer errors in sizing, color choices, or other customer provided information.
  • FaithWorks will replace goods damaged during shipping. All items are carefully inspected and packed for shipping.  If your purchase becomes damaged in transit you must:
    • Notify FaithWorks within 7 days of delivery and return the item(s) within 30 days. 
    • You must also immediately notify the shipping company (UPS, FEDEX, etc.) driver of any visible damage to the boxes.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We can ship you your order using your UPS or FEDEX account number, or we can handle the shipping costs and add them to your invoice.  We use UPS Ground for all shipments.  Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) can be requested and will result in additional charges

Our web site is a service to our customers. Any customer information transmitted through our site or via e-mail is held in the strictest confidence.

  • Customer owned goods:  Not responsible for damage to customer owned apparel or accessories.
